"Our room was very clean. The owner introduced himself and was very helpful. The lake was beautiful. Only complaint....we were on the bottom floor and the person above us....we could hear his every footstep...."

"Kay was very accommodating.The Little Red Cottage was perfect. Kay had snacks, water and there were games.The beds were very comfortable.There was such a peaceful atmosphere and felt like home.We will definitely stay again we come back to South Carolina."

"Great place to stay. Everything was clean. I would add a small window A/C unit in the master bedroom. We got hot at night. Had a great time BBQing and fishing off the dock. We encountered a strong storm one evening and a large tree limb fell and blocked the dock. The host had someone there the next day to clean it up. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Mrs. Ashley "

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem vielen Tourismus kann man dort in vollkommener Ruhe entspannen. Etwas störend waren die unzähligen Kellerasseln im Außenbereich morgens und abends. Diese Unterkunft kann man empfehlen. "

"Great house and communication with property owner. Only problem was a camera inside back patio where it shows inside house invading privacy. No way to get privacy due to no curtains on sliding doors. No mentioning of cameras on listing. I understand outdoor cameras but this one I felt like my privacy was invaded. Had an issue with ac got quick response n taken care of right away. "

"Found out upon arrival that owners were living there as well, which was not advertised on VRBO. Owners were kind and didnt affect the trip. There was some construction to the deck and seawall during stay, not bothersome, just unexpected. Recommend providing some fisherman friendly items; fish cleaning sink, rod holders mounted to deck, etc. Lakes Marion and Moultrie are in the top 5 for catfishing destinations in the U.S., would bring some vacationers looking to fish. Enjoyed the stay."

"Couldn't not stay there. House not habitable. Sent pictures and spoke to someone on Thursday night about 8 pm Trying to get a refund. Spoke to owner. Saud she understood. I want a refund please."

"Totally loved this place on the lake. House was clean and totally updated. Screened in porch is huge and totally relaxing to sit there and watch all of the birds and geese and squirrels. Hubby loved being able to put the boat in on the property. Caught lots of fish too! Will definitely be going back. "
