"Kay is an outstanding host. The house was clean and accurately described. Kay has little touches that really make you feel at home. The beds are so comfy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. Private and well kept. The view is also incredible. Cannot say enough about this place or Kay! Outstanding!"

"I booked this cottage as a surprise trip for my husband's Birthday and we had the best time celebrating with our family! There was enough space for us all to eat our meals together and sleep comfortably. We tied our boat up to the dock and took it out daily for fishing trips. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and hours out on the dock fishing. This was the perfect place for our little getaway!"

"Kristie was an incredible and gracious host—so kind and extremely responsive throughout our stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with no surprises or disappointments. "Beautiful home very clean check in was no problem. The owners were very quick to reply with any messages. Had a problem with the propane tank for the grill and the owner was there within five minutes to replace it. responded to my text within minutes. Overall, stay was excellent great place to relax and fish. Very cozy home felt like we were home the whole week love fishing on the dock very relaxing. Would recommend it to anybody that wants to relax and fish. "

"I come to Summerville frequently to help care for my elderly mother. This is the 4th unit at this property I’ve stayed at, so it definitely says something about how much I enjoy it. It’s so charming and close to town. This particular unit is one of my favorites! It was just me, I think it would be good for two, but for one"

"We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It was very spacious. We only had a couple complaints. The fridge didnt get very cold. The neighbor that was next to us his dog barked all night. There was also a man that was harassing us throughout the stay also talking to me 12 year old while she was outside. He seemed to be drunk but lives there. The condo its self was perfect! My family had a great 4th of July staying here. "
