Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

Located on the Coastline of North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire. This motel room is about 280 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress.

This motel room is equipped with a private bathroom, futon style couch, Queen size bed, kitchenette, Full size refrigerator, 43" HD Smart TV & silent mini split AC and heating.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

*We do not provide beach towels, shampoo or conditioner* 1 parking spot per room. This is a motel building with 6 motel rooms. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This room is pet friendly. Pet fee applies.

Summer beach room

This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer.

Big Bus

We were on a Mon.-Fri. stay. Wed., with no notice, a huge tour bus arrived taking up our parking spot and all other units. Noise all night and departed at 7AM. We got NO SLEEP and exhausted the next day. Hard to get host to return messages!

Small but great for 2 people. We had 3 adults, doable but tight. Sufficient & efficient! A beautiful area by the beach (a quick walk across the street with your coffee for a beatiful sunrise) & close drive to boardwalk & larger beach. Tyler (host) was friendly, great & onsite.

We needed a place for are dogs to stay with us And this place did that and was clean and across from ocean. Rooms were clean and good shape for dogs allowed 5 star fit for are budget and kids and dogs

It we a very pleasant stay. Taylor was so easy to work with. It was very convenient having 2 dogs with us. Across the street was a little sitting area to take your dogs. We will let ours family and friends about this place.

Weekend getaway

Excellent location across from the beach,fully equipped kitchen ,dog friendly ( don’t miss the pet fee when booking),thin walls however had quiet neighbors.I would recommend this no frills stay…very responsive host.

Property as described

We were looking for a reasonable priced landing spot while visiting the Hampton Beach area and nearby beaches. This stay provided us with a clean room with a very comfortable bed, close to the ocean, which is what we were looking for. The water pressure was great in the shower. The decor is not modern, but we are comfortable with that. The heat pump worked well to warm the space quickly. The owner was very responsive when we had trouble figuring out how to operate the heating system. The walls are thin but we had quiet neighbors one night and we didn't have a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great, affordable place to stay!

Let me first say that this place is a little rustic, and the listing is 100% accurate. It’s fairly priced, located across Rt 1A from a lovely, immense beach. since I arrived too early to check in,I decided to scope out the beach where I proceeded to meet some friendly locals and get a huge education about the area and why it is so special and loved! The next day, I met the person in the neighboring apartment when he saw me about to walk my dog. He has been coming to the area for many decades and offered to go with me while I walked my dogs so he could show me great places to take them. 81 year old Jim and I became quick friends and he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had questions about the area. Best tour guide EVER! I needed to text Tyler a few times with questions and he always responded quickly. The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Parking is convenient and as close as you can get to the property. Walls are a bit on the thin side, but it wasn’t bad. The only downside of the area are the numbers of people who seem to enjoy using the road and beach’s retaining wall to speed and amplify the sound of their after market muffler systems. It’s pretty lame, but no matter where you stay on Hampton Beach I don’t think it can be avoided. It certainly won’t prevent me from visiting again but I know some veterans who would have a hard time with the sudden, erratic, and surprising bursts of noise.
