"We stayed here overnight prior to embarking on our first cruise. Everything about our stay was effortless. We got in pretty late and the gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even helped us arrange for affordable transport to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again for our future cruises leaving from Miami."

"This hotel was very affordable. I think we booked it in an emergency. It was only about $70. It was nice and clean for the most part. The floors were not as clean as they should have been and there was hair found in the towels. However, in comparison to the Notebook hotel experience this one was exceptional. I would recommend for sure."

"Clogged sink, clogged shower tub and room air conditioner not working properly. Carpet look old, honestly they need to renovate whole building . I booked this Hotel through Expedia and paid in full for the month of Jan. 2026. But when I check in to the Hotel, that was month of May, one of the front desk customer service put me on standby list # 20. Wow what a service? He doesn’t know his job.
Lucky a supervisor helped me to straighten the problem."
