"We came for the races at Knoxville and had a wonderful time. The access to the house was great. The cleanliness and everything about the property was comfortable and very enjoyable. The game room was a great time too. Wish we had time to utilize all the opportunities outside. When we come back to Knoxville we hope to rent again and stay longer. "The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property."

"We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor."
