    Stay just two blocks from the heart of downtown Pella in a beautiful historic Victorian filled with original character. Walk to Dutch Square, the Vermeer Windmill, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques, then come home to spacious gathering areas and room for the whole group.
    This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for families, friends, Central College visits and Pella getaways. Original woodwork, hardwood floors and historic architectural details give the home its charm, while thoughtful updates provide modern comfort.
    Sleeping arrangements:
    • Main-floor king bedroom
    • Three upstairs queen bedrooms
    • Twin bunk beds in one upstairs bedroom
    Gather in the spacious living room, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy dinner and games around the large dining table. You`ll also have a coffee bar, fast Wi-Fi, board games, washer and dryer, fresh linens and bath essentials.
    Outside, enjoy landscaped grounds, outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. Convenient driveway parking is provided.
    Location is one of the best parts of your stay. Downtown Pella is just two blocks away, so you can leave the car behind and explore much of town on foot. Central College is nearby, and Lake Red Rock is just a short drive away for hiking, biking, boating and scenic parks.
    Visiting for Tulip Time? Enjoy the festivities downtown, then retreat to a comfortable home in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
    Please note: This is a historic home with some of the character and quirks that come with its age. There are steps at both entrances, and three bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests with limited mobility may want to consider this when booking.
    Whether you`re visiting for Tulip Time, Central College, a family gathering or a weekend away, you`ll have plenty of room to gather and downtown Pella just minutes away on foot.

This place is great! Walkable to everything downtown, very clean and nice, host was easy to work with, and the ouse is gorgeous. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed for our son’s graduation from Central. The house is a perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked everywhere because the house is so convenient to the square. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and well kept for being 134 years old! Very spacious for big families. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with all the cooking utensils you’d need. Andrea, the host, communicated through email quickly to some of our pre visit questions. Close to the square too. Don’t pass this property up.

This house has tons of character, is very clean, and is in a great location within walking distance to shops & restaurants downtown. The large dining room was a great place to gather around for drinks, games and laughs with friends.

This was a beautifully restored and comfortable Victorian home within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Pella. 4 big bedrooms, big dining room, kitchen and living area, very clean. Plenty of kitchen implements if you want to cook a meal (we didn't, but future guests should note that there are not very many restaurants open in Pella on Sundays). We had a great time: the many rooms downstairs make it ideal for a family get together.

Beautiful, relaxing retreat

Was in town for a wedding and it provided the perfect retreat between rehearsal, setup and wedding. The house has great charm/character and matches the ambience of Pella.

Absolutely Ideal!

We met up with friends to enjoy Pella and everyone was impressed with this beautiful property. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is ideal, and downtown was walking distance for us. What a beautiful historic home with character and comfort. We loved our time and will return for another stay.

Ladies trip.

The house was clean and well stocked. Communication with owner was easy and she answered questions about property right away. We were within walking distance to downtown which was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay!

Five women to come and enjoy Pellas tulip festival. Perfect location and Andrea even came and moved her car early so we could go early to celebrate!

Charming and Convenient

Our family loved this charming home for our first time visit to Pella for the Tulip Festival weekend. The location was perfect for walking to all the festivities. The decor was beautiful, clean, and modern, but not losing the authenticity of the historical look and feel of the home. We will definitely be back!
