"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"Innerhalb des Hotels waren die Räumlichkeiten und das Spa sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist ein Hafen/Industriegebiet, also spazieren am Abend eher nicht. Das Zimmer selber war sehr dunkel gehalten und eher klein dimensioniert."

"We booked a mini double and it was tiny but there was a drawer and hanger space. No coffee machine or fridge but there was a blow dryer and kettle with instant coffee. We found an ironing board in the hallway too late, and the sauna hours weren’t listed in the room literature so we missed out on using it, but it seems very chill and quiet in there. "This charming hotel is located a very short walk from the central train station and with walking distance to everything in central Gothenburg. The decor in common areas and rooms is so beautiful and brings one back to a bygone era. The breakfast is a delightful and generous buffet. Coffee and tea is always available in the lobby. The staff is very helpful and kind with personal and thoughtful service. I will always stay here when I visit Gothenburg, which is my home town."

"Excellent confort, excellent petit déjeuner, des espaces communs très confortables, sauna, la vue sur la rive en face est impressionnante (chambres est), les installations portuaires. C'est un peu excentré mais un bateau fait la traversée et le tram passe juste derrière quelques minutes à pieds."

"We asked at the reception if our room could be cleaned and after four days the room hadn't been cleaned nor the towls and the bed clothes changed. The crew was very kind and polite and the breakfast had a big variety and amount of food."
