"Great hotel great staff only complaint which doesn’t really impact enjoy ability is that the carpets in the hallways and some rooms need changing."

"Carpets and walls in common corridors were very scuffed up and carpeting worn through. Large stains in carpets in corridors. Felt like a housing project. after seeing this we wondered how clean the kitchen was. Housekeeping forgot to clean and restock our room. Had to leave our luggage there for the day we checked out due to travel time on trains. Luggage room is locked but accessible by anyone. The hotel staff does not monitor the luggage room. Anyone could get in. Stayed in many Hyatts but...

"Really nice rooms and extremely clean which unfortunately was in contrast with the surroundings. A lot of work was on-going outside and it made a beautiful building look a little like a building site. Once this is completed I’d hope the area would get 10/10. Bar area was a little bit sterile and cold but once again this may be fixed with the changes outside. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from."

"Ein kleines, aber feines Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten das Penthouse mit Wasserblick gebucht, was sich sehr gelohnt hat, da wir einen Blick auf Göteborgs Innenstadt hatten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Innenstadt sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und das Personal sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist auch ideal mit Kindern."

"We had a room on the 6th floor with a balcony. Great view although not much sun in October. Very nice fresh breakfast with fresh juices and drip coffee (I was surprised no latte machine). My spouse is a vegetarian so we always appreciate when vegetarian diets are considered. Hotel is quite clean and spacious. We travelled with our dog and we had a small dog bed with 2x drinking bowls in the room on arrival. There is a very nice looking restaurant and a rooftop bar that is also dog...

"Well located, shower was lovely, room was fine, a little dusty and wasn't set up properly as a twin room, but easy to sort ourselves."

"Rooms were a good size but basic in terms of fittings. We found lifts easy to get. Very good location. Public transport to city centre was very convient. Plus local supmarket. Very good breakfast, nice afternoon treat lovely dinner arrangement. Staff always Very helpful. But they need to clean, windows ledge. Next visit would stay here again."
