We did not use the washer but it's there if you need it. The dishwasher functioned very well. The one thing to be prepared for, is that the loft ceiling is very, very low. "Our stay at the Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central was very pleasant. The female receptionist at check-in was excellent, providing plenty of helpful local recommendations. ​The room was comfortable, and both the bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a really good selection with plenty of choice. ​A clean, efficient hotel with great service. We would certainly stay here again."

"Ein Hotel, das man buchen muss! Wir hatten ein Premium-Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Was wir bekamen, haute uns schier vom Hocker: Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer in der 23. Etage des Turm 3 mit Blick auf das Ullevi-Stadion und kilometerweit von Norden bis Westen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab eine gutgefüllte Minibar, einen Heisswasserkocher und diverse Portionen von Kaffee, Tee. Zusätzlich fanden wir einen Eiswürfelbehälter vor, der in der 20. Etage vor den Aufzügen befüllt werden konnte....

"Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt. Schon im Vorfeld war der Service klasse: Auf meine Anfrage nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Vor Ort wurde mein Wunsch perfekt umgesetzt – ich habe ein wirklich ruhiges und zudem sehr geräumiges Zimmer bekommen. "Comfortable stay close to Chalmers University, with a major transit interchange just down the road (with bus connections to the airport), and the centre not too far away. Good restaurants nearby, and local supermarkets/take-out places. The hotel breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. I would stay there again."
