"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. "Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

"Here’s a polished, firm but fair review you can use (keeps your key points but strengthens the impact): I stayed at Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa (room 50) and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I was not informed at the time of booking that a wedding would be taking place. I have no issue with events being held, but the noise continued until around 1am and made it impossible to get any sleep. When I raised this with staff, I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do as it’s a wedding.”...
