"Nice hotel that offers the amenities of an airbnb. Staff was very friendly. Good location, with a lot of restaurant options right outside the hotel and we were able to walk pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes. We were in a studio, which fit our needs perfectly, which still offers a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The windows do not open up very much, so its hard to get good airflow. "The suite was so well equipped; kitchen had fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There was also a small table and chairs. Wonderful bath/shampoo products. Great layout and amazing location. We were two staying but had relatives come for dinner and had enough space for 4 at the small kitchen table (moved to living area)."

We had a lot of trouble with instructions such as we received a map for parking and the map had nothing to do with where parking actually would be. "Exceeded our expectations. We were worried as we booked a windowless room at basement level. It was large, bright and spotlessly clean so didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. It was also very quiet so never disturbed at night. The apartment was very well equipped and all you need for a self-catering trip. "

"This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and centrally located in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there were some of the previous guests things left under the bed which is why we have marked the cleanliness down. Otherwise we loved the apartment. "

"What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. "The location is fabulous, as this property is located on the edge of old town and one block away from new town, a 3 minute walk from the train station, and very walkable to everywhere else in Edinburgh. The property itself is right above a couple of pubs, and is was a little lively on Friday and Saturday nights, but quiet on the weeknights. The entry/access system is wonderful. The apartment itself was well stocked and modern. Would stay there again. "
