"Our road trip in Iceland we tried different types of lodging ( guesthouses , farm type , etc ) Stayinng in a Hilton was a nice reprieve from the smaller places ( which we loved ) gave us city folks to enjoy a little “ luxury “ like plush towels , shower heads that are amazing , shampoo and conditioner Our stay there was just what we needed ! "

"The hotel exceeded our expectations (self check in so everything was fast and no need to queue up, easy parking, supermarkets 5min walk away). The room was very clean and free breakfast was a big bonus. Overall, had the best experience staying there."

"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"I stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Easy check-in, all the amenities I needed. Grocery right across the street. I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. "The hotel was lovely and central to the city. Most areas were in walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. My only gripe was that the kitchenette was damaged with the fridge tilting backwards and was a little awkward to open without it tilting forward. Clearly the cabinet base needed repairing room 104. Please fix it. You would have 5 stars if it wasn't broken on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and if you required extra room supplies (towels, loo roll or...

"Hotel in hoofdstraat, bij winkels en restaurants en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ontbijt is geweldig en bij vroeg vertrek krijg je een ontbijtpakket mee. Kamer(familiekamer) ruim met balkon en ruime badkamer met douche. Uitzicht op binnenplaats en deel stad. Kamertemperatuur goed te regelen. Prima bedden. Inpandig restaurant (niet van hotel zelf) en Starbucks. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand van busstop 9 en 12 voor tours. "

"Location is excellent, close to all the great restaurants and can walk to the church in about 10 min. Very close to bus stop 1 and 3 for tours. Room was excellent and clean. There is a bakery around the corner to grab breakfast. "

"We stayed 3 nights as a family of four with two young kids and loved it. Spacious, clean apartment with a handy kitchenette and shared laundry. Free parking was a huge plus — no downtown parking hassle — and it’s just a 10‑minute drive to the city. Grocery store right across the street made meals easy. Perfect base for exploring Reykjavík and beyond!"
