"The room was very nice and neat. Everything was excellent except for 1 item. The heating unit blew 98% cold air and was very loud. We set the thermostat higher to 73 degrees, higher than what we wanted hoping that would trigger the unit to blow warm air. That did not happen either. In fact, the thermostat took the temperature down to 69 degrees and slowly worked up to 71 degrees and did get any warmer. But still continued to blow cold air all night. Needless to say I got many 3 hours of...

"The smell of this hotel is totally pleasant and to the science. It has a neutral smell not covered up by a deep deodorant spray at all. But, I can see why, the morning crew were working very hard cleaning the carpets. Other hotels should take notes."

"We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant! Our room was great, clean and orderly. Water in the bathroom sink and shower was not very warm. When we mentioned this to the front desk, she said they were currently addressing the issue. The complementary breakfast was over the top! Anything you could’ve possibly wanted for breakfast was there including someone to plate your food for you and even make an omelette for you! Just a block from the Toyota Center and Discovery Green the location...
