"This was the perfect spot. Walking distance to friendly restaurants. Close to golf courses and grocery. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Jed was very informative and had excellent communication before and during our stay. "

"This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean, nice back yard with a deck. Everything you need. It is very close to the waterpark and restaurants within walking distance. "

"Our stay was fantastic! The property was exactly as promised, and Erick was an absolute delight to deal with. He was incredibly prompt in answering all our questions and offered so many great local suggestions. The welcome snack basket and homemade cookies were such a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Great little place. About a mile and half from just about everything. Some stores and restaurants within walking distance. Host has thought about and provided almost everything you might need during your stay but might have forgotten. Great little porch where you can sit and enjoy the cool evenings (and the host even thought of providing some bug spray!). Excellent communications with the host. Always quick to respond. My ONLY "complaint" would be there's no coffee maker. BUT, there's a Tim...

"We were in town from Buffalo for our son’s wedding.The space was perfect for our immediate family and a great space for the groomsmen to get ready.Pool was a perk because it was a hot weekend.Would recommend staying here.Plenty of space"

"Basic studio that gives you the necessities for your stay. Parking pass is nice to have for off street parking and communications via VRBO messenger were quick and helpful. This was a long stay of 11 days."

"Jason was great!! Very accommodating! We were in town for a wedding and he let us check in early. He also was very amenable when we called him at midnight after my cousin locked us out and needed to get in. The house was great - very clean and in a cute area."
