"This loft was perfect! Great location in Valley Junction- such a cute area! The loft had everything we needed. "If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! "

"The house was exactlybas we expected. The downstairs game space was so comfortable to relax and play games. The weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the backyard, but we are sure others have. "The apartment was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Des Moines with my daughter, and our dog. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was cozy. And it was just minutes away from the restaurants, farmers market, and other sites we want to visit. most places were under 10 minutes awa. The area was a pet friendly too with green space and nice neighborhood for walks and plenty of street parking "
