We had a great time over the weekend. Our host quickly responded to any questions. The home is a perfect place for a large family. Everyone was able to have their own space/bedroom, and we really appreciated the layout of the kitchen and living room…a great space to gather as a family. It was nice to have a decorated tree set up when we arrived. The kids loved the basement space and air hockey table. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was nice and clean and close to stores. The kitchen had what we needed and plenty of open cabinet space to store our food. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the walking path nearby to walk our dog. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host was super responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving! It was an easy half a mile walk to my in-laws. Also close to a cute coffee boutique. After a day with the extended family, we enjoyed time together here with my immediate family. We each had our own bedroom and bath. And on Saturday when we got 10” of snow, we appreciated that the driveway and sidewalks were taken care of for us Arizonians. We will stay here again the next time we are in Urbandale!

4th of July weekend

Everything was good with the exception of the air conditioning upstairs (we did not feel anything coming out of the vents). The walkout basement level was freezing. We tried to close a couple of vents to push the A/C to the upstairs where the bedrooms are but nothing came out.

Will be returning!

We stayed here for a week while getting treatment for my son. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I especially loved all the extra comfy blankets everywhere. Property was fenced in and secure for my son. Communication from the owner as well as his brother were great. No complaints.

We were in town for a family Christmas. This property was perfect for some of us stay in. Everything was perfect. It was very clean. The property owners were very responsive to messages. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. They put a Christmas tree up knowing we were celebrating Christmas. I would recommend this property any time!

Great rental!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. All amenities were available, and easy to find with an index conveniently left by the host. This home features amenities not often seen with other listings, including a high chair, air mattress, plenty of extra linens and towels. Even though we didn’t need these items, i was impressed at the availability. Great house for a large family! Host was also timely with responses. Would stay here again if in the area!

Good house with lack of privacy.

Overall, the property was as stated, accommodates a large crowd, and was clean. Our only true concern with the property are the multiple cameras. I get cameras for security purposes when the property is not booked. However, there are two on the back of the house that catch all activity, to include one pointed straight at the hot tub. The cameras make the place feel uninviting, we definitely felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy. Also, the house rules and constant reminders throughout are a bit over the top.
