First time to GC, took 4 hrs driving from airport came around 7pm, finished all paper work at front desk and got a map to get to our room. Whole area was so dark, we could not see the sign . No light on the street, no light on the sign, we lost for over 45 min because couldn’t get back to front desk to ask for help, finally arrived , they were so busy, kept us waiting … finally got help from a customer. Still lost 2nd time, hungry and tired, couldn’t warm up our food or got hot water because there were no microwave or hot machines , just a coffee maker and it was dirty. We needed our sleep we didn’t want to drink coffee or tea. They had microwave at front desk only and it was a long distance from our room, even more longer in the dark and new place, not sure if we could find a parking if we returned from front desk. We understood they didn’t want us to eat in the room but we had no energy to go around at that time. At the end of the hall of each building, they should have microwave and hot water , ice machine for customers if they did not want to have in each room. It could be nice to just need few steps away from our room rather to drive all the way to front desk, the restaurant was closed as well . So upset !
