"The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable."

"It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

"The rooms smelled awful, and the people at the establishment were scary! I couldn’t stay I had to leave and I can’t get my money back. They wouldn’t accommodate me for a non-smoking a month."

"Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty."

"Stayed with my children over the memorial day weekend for the pool. On arrival the property outside looked abandoned. One other reason for booking was the breakfast that we were not told was not available due to renovations. We were handed brown paper bags with an apple, a water and a granola bar. Under the beds were filthy with a cup of liquid under one. The heat dis not work. Towels were stained and or not in the room. Had to request it. Did not feel safe sleeping there with my children"

"It wasn’t how it looked on the picture and the rooms wasn’t cleaned and they have bed bugs and there was stains on the sheets. The staff was rude and the internet kept going out"

"What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. Definitely going back again!"

"I had a problem with the shower because water was leaking out through the shower door and it wasn’t fixed.."

"The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. "

"2 nd floor smelled like sewage. When making reservations for a shuttle for 440 the agent told me it was full so I had to take the 340am shuttle. I left and came back to someone new checking in and witnessed the same agent tell a couple the shuttle was available for 440. I didn’t say anything because she looked right at me when I said I was going to report it.an older white email with white hair.probably would not come back because of that. It felt racial."

"It is an older hotel and it shows in the little things. Not enough outlets. Cracked molding in the bathroom. We only stayed one night and left at 4:45 am so didn’t use any amenities or the breakfast. It is a short ride by shuttle to the airport"
