Definitely needs some renovations. Our hotel room has several holes in the wall, water stains on the ceilings, one of the ceiling tiles were pressed up & moved to the side(which is kinda sketchy), TV remote was broken. We never had a problem with staff, just the entirety of the building needs some major maintenance.

the rooms and cleanliness were great I was very surprised because the outside is a disaster and so are the hallways. I stayed there because of the Cardio Room/exercise room, which is non-existent. It says temporarily closed but it looks like a storage room. mattresses visible.

Everything was absolutely great, I can’t complain especially for the price. But what I can complain about is one thing, I had two items of mine taken out of my bag as I was at work, didn’t find out what was stolen by the time I got home. I’m not happy at all by whoever came in and did whatever in the room I was in. Besides that I enjoyed my stay. If you or anyone are staying here, keep your valuables locked away.

This place need to be close down its trash idk if the owner ever takes a look at this place the wall need to redo the bathroom need to be clean properly the just to close this place down and do some maintenance and renovation on the property very disappointed for the price I paid smh

The property is not at all like the description and photos on Expedia. The photos shows the hotel when it was part of a chain. The place is now rundown and everything is outdated. No more pool and no restaurant. This place was convenient for me alone but will never return. Sure thing. The photos in the ad are simply false advertising. It was really disappointing.

bad smell in the lobby and in the room; no Ice machine; bathroom fan broken with the ceiling falling down; no breakfast area available (showed in the pictures); not a good evening service from the front desk; 1 Lamp missing and couldn't get one from the front desk (we had to eat with an head lamp!!!) ...

Very clean but also not in the best condition when it came to the carpet having a iron print in the carpet due to someone dropping it, then the toilet flooding the bathroom overnight while make a very loud obnoxious noise with a couple roaches and a bed bug on the other bed, also the burn holes in the blankets and shower curtains were displeasing to see but staff and maintenance were very nice. Upset about the pet fee and a deposit as it did not say anything about in the booking part but still satisfied

To give an update on my last review, as I stated in the review. I had to of my items taken as I was away for work. Got the police involved, now the place has me trespassed all because I brought up two items that were stolen from me as I was working. Rodeway inn will defend their staff regardless of what happens. The rodeway inn has not informed me online nor in person about the house staff coming in and changing towels when not present. To anyone reading my reviews, I don’t wanna steer anyone wrong but just be careful of what items you bring in, especially if you’re staying overnight. They may get stolen when you’re not present and if it happens and you bring up the issue, you may get trespassed like myself. Just be mindful. And be careful.

The rooms weren’t clean, found bugs in the bathroom, found a used vape from a previous guest in the bed, and a lot of dust on the ceiling. The room was not well maintained either. None of the outlets worked, and the hair dryer was broken and a piece of metal fell out of it and could have cut me. The people that work there are nice, but the room was disgusting.

While the staff were friendly, the pool was closed, there was no elevator so we had to carry everything up stairs. Once we got to the room, we were hit with the odor of pee and every piece of furniture had stains on it and were ripped up to shreds. Bed was super uncomfy and felt like laying on springs. Really wished we just spent the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. Live and you learn.

We checked in and ended up leaving about an hour later to find a different hotel. The place smells of old cigarettes, pool wasn’t opened, toilet didn’t flush properly & the room had several broken items

The property is going through renovation at this time so my review may not stand after renovations are done. Needless to say the room bathroom had a burn mark on the ceiling, the part of the toilet dispenser was missing, the tall lamp in the room was broken and was hanging off the side, there was a socket coming out of the wall, the wall had a hole in it and the paint on the wall was peeling/scratched in the room I had.
