"Wonderful hotel. Very clean and very polite and caring staff. After a ten hour trip with four kids, check in was quick and unlaoding luggage with help was fantastic. We will absolutely stay here again our next trip."

"The front desk was underdtaffed but the friendliness of staff more than mafe up for the wait. The room I stayed in was nice but a bit dated furniture wise. We had the 2 bedroom and the size was great. They need to restock the cutlery. The house keeper did not clean one of the tubs but everything else was ok. Fyi they clean the room every 3 days. "

"Nice hotel, but the wifi only worked half of the time. The room was nice and clean, but nothing special. What I didn't like was the pool. It was small and didn't look clean. I was excited to use it, but then never went in because I felt dirty looking at it. Also, the breakfast needs bacon and plain eggs. Everything was some cheesy egg concoction with only sausage."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was super clean, had everything I needed and a beautiful balcony, I have a very loud neighbor but opening the patio door and/or turning the A/C fan on made it quiet. The property is nothing special but none of the VA beach hotels is this price range are. The attached garage was intimidating- tight tight spaces and turns - even for my small ford escape. There is a bigger garage across the street so no biggie. I think it’s a good budget family...

"Latoya was great, she does more than she has to. Miss Lillian was also notable. The cleaning staff was great, and overall we had a great experience. Heidi was good, breakfast as well."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had an ocean view room. The hotel was right on the beach. Beautiful scenery! I definitely want to visit again. My only complaint is the room service. They would not clean our room and we had to ask more than 3 times our second day for towels. When we returned to our room the towels were in a clear trash bag outside our door on the floor. Besides that I really enjoyed it"
