"The air conditioner was not working in our room. A portable one was set up with the exhaust hose stuck out of the open window. As much money as I paid for the room I should have been moved to a different one. Because we were exposed to the night air and exhaust, both my daughter and myself got sick. Also, we ordered room service which after an hour was not delivered. I called to check and the online order system wasn’t working and never received it. We eventually got food brought to our room....

We tried to call Front Desk but after letting it ring for about 6 minutes we gave up and tried 3 times more and no-one answered. "If you are going to Liverpool for the music scene and the Beatles, there is no better place to spend the night. It is 20 feet from Mathew street and a short walk to the Beatles statues and British Museum, plus all the shops and restaurants all around you! The room had a comfortable bed and was sufficient, but we had a connecting door and could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Also, if you are in any room over Mathew Street you will hear the music from the bars until they close....
