"Absolutely the best place to stay! We went for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. Staff was so incredible and friendly! We enjoyed Saturday especially when local vendors came in. The food was amazing and we got to try so many new things. Blue haven was very underwhelming and we didn’t have access to Salt after taking the shuttle over there. But didn’t let it ruin our time! "Accommodations were immaculate. Response from hotel was fast and accurate. Hotel is right on the beach. Amenities plentiful and super comfortable.Great stay! One small downside, it's about 10 min from town but there isn't much to do there except to visit Ana's Art Gallery store. Bought a gorgeous vase there (with only their word) that they shipped free. Arrived in a little over a week! Loved Turks and Caicos!"

"Excellent location.. few minutes walk to the beach. Close to supermarket and many restaurants that are walkable. The staff are friendly and room was comfortable and clean. "West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch. "

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."
