"Actually, I didn’t have a great stay. While check-in was fast and easy, the positive first impression didn’t last long. Unfortunately, I got a connecting room with only a door separating me from the other guests next door. They were talking and watching TV even at 2:00 in the morning, the time when I am writing this review. They were not partying or behaving in a way that was out of the ordinary. "Best comfort suites I have ever stayed at. The room was spotless, the staff were very hospitable, customer service was excellent, water pressure was amazing in the shower, breakfast options were plentiful. The hotel is brand new, it has an amazing waiting area and pool. If you're in the Cleveland area, this is the hotel to stay at. "

"Hanzala was great, professional and offered us a room upgrade as soon as he saw we had our older sons with us. Very good service and the vallet parking is a great service since other parking costs just as much and are in " we are not responsible for anything". Good location too, would recommend this hotel."

"Nice clean room but the lighting was too low. They need brighter lights in the room. Also we were informed there was a parking lot adjacent to the hotel but when we arrived there was no parking lot except a garage across the street. "
