"First of all our initial stay was changed due to the house we booked being sold. The management company actually did a great job setting us up with another option. The issues came while we were at the house. Getting there was fine, we were able to get into the house without issue. There was no information or booklet though welcoming us. didn't have proper remotes for the TV, no wifi code & then no cell phone service. Then our refrigerator was broken and would not cool down. "The house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! love it had enough beds for all of us. The master was my favorite with a jacuzzi bath tub and the view to the lake was very nice! I would recommend this home and will be booking again hopefully soon!!!! "
