"Property was nice and had plenty of space, house is historic and had plenty of room for our extended family. Good location. Only drawback was 1 bathroom took a little getting used to with family. "

"This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again."

"Already left a review from last week. Staying a second time in a week will emphasize this is a nice place that I would stay again in a week. See other review for what I liked (which was everything). This studio gets lots of natural light (which is great). However, in the summer months you may want to bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in."

"Very clean and safe"

"This place is awesome, not my first stay, only reason i gave 1 star for cleanliness was totally not due to the host!!! Severe storms had came through shortly before our arrival, leaving the road to property inaccessible, and no power at the home. Therefore the cleaning crew could not get to addressing the issues from prior guests in a timely manner. BUT....the host got them there asap, and the cleaning crew was awesome, sympathetic, and did a wonderful job!! Like i said, not my first time...

"House sleeps plenty of people. Double bunk bed is great. Plenty of parking. Porch is awesome. Grill works for the most part. Kitchen was easy to use. Appreciated the disposal and dishwasher. The manager/host left a cleaning care package with supplies. Plenty of towels and they were all clean. "

"Super easy and beautiful location. Very clean inside! The bed could be a little more comfortable, but other than that, no complaints!! 10/10 exactly the spot we needed to stroll around Richmond for a few days. "

"This house was excellent exactly what we needed for our family. Besides hitting every box we needed (bathroom on first floor, pet friendly, pool) it also was in a perfect location not far from anywhere we wanted to go. The owners also conveniently provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and materials to cook with. We enjoyed our time at this house and would definitely book it again. "

"We rented the house for our daughters graduation from UVA. The house was wonderful. Very clean!!!! The set up of the house was great for a large gathering. The kayaks were used a lot. The water was a great temperature and very enjoyable even in mid May. Game room was a plus. Would recommend 100%!!!!!"

"I love this cottage and all the property that surrounds it. The hiking was wonderful followed by some time relaxing on the screened porch passing time watching farm life. This is our second visit and we will return. "
