"There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. "This was a great location for us as we came in for a party. The hotel is in pretty good shape but you can see some age. They keep it clean and the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good, decent offerings and they keep it flowing. The staff for breakfast are truly amazing. "

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"Very nice B & B in Lake Helen. It could not have been more peaceful. The Island room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast was fine, but not elaborate. Hugo the host, was very pleasant and had a lot of info about the area. A great place to get away if visiting the areas springs or the mystic village of Cassadaga."

"My wife and I were staying here for our sons wedding. I couldn't ask for a better weekend. The hotel was very convenient to everything. We were in walking distance to the wedding and reception hall. "Great room, better than expected but would change out the coffee makers. They’re terrible! You need to spend the money and put in keurigs in your rooms. Theres only coffee in the lobby during breakfast hours so if you’re getting up early and leaving before breakfast, plan to stop and get coffee somewhere because the coffee maker was terrible. "
