"Has always been our get away place. Always have had great experiences. This trip was not one of them. Not all of the elevators were working so long waits for the elevator. Booked a king bed and ended up with a queen that was broke down. I have a large truck so I have to park in Hilton off site lot. When trying to exit the gate would not work. Our room a/c did not cool the room as it should. Maybe it is just getting old. Probably start looking elsewhere."

"Although I knew I was booking a 3-star hotel, and I have paid $250–350 per night at other hotels before, this time I was just looking for a quick place to stay overnight in Daytona during Memorial Weekend. However, this hotel, where I paid $170 per night, was very disappointing.
The facilities are clearly not being maintained. The lobby and game room areas are dirty, and the pool area looks neglected. The pool bar is not working and appears completely abandoned.

"If you are looking at the photos to this hotel just know those are extremely outdated! The pool was extremely small and dirty, same with the sun bathing chairs and just the property in general looks very ran down. Definitely a 0/10 stay.. the staff must live on property because anytime you needed someone they were not at a desk you had to call a number and then he would walk down. I even went to the store to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room for the night. It is right on the beach...
