"What can I say? It was the most magical location to stay in in Florence. To be able to sit by the window and be part of the action of the piazza, but not be in the middle of the huddle and bustle, was amazing! Waking up every day to the beautiful Duomo and Baptistera…no words!!! The room was perfect as well. Bedroom away from the noise of the piazza, and sitting room near the action. Clean, with all the amenities you would need. Great shower too 😊The hostess, Giuliana, was wonderful at...

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"This is the place to stay if you want to see the sites in Florence. It is literally next to the Duomo and all the amazing stores and restaurants. Even though the streets are noisy- you will not hear anything when in the hotel. It is on the third floor and has no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up and down the stairs. Breakfast is fresh and wonderful and the staff are very helpful and kind. "

"Had a great experience at the Frame hotel, located conveniently in the heart of Florence. The hotel staff Daniel was wonderful and made our stay better than we imagined. We liked our room and the amenities. Very clean and the refreshments on floor 2 were appreciated. I would stay here again! I only wish the WiFi was a little more reliable."
