"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "
"When we arrived, we met the owner who informed us that we were getting an upgrade and then were ushered into this unbelievable suite with 700 year old painted walls, beautiful furnishings, and lots of space. We had an issue with the transport to the hotel and the lovely receptionist went out of her way to assist in resolving the issue as well as arranging a taxi to the train station. Best hotel experience ever. Highly recommend. "
"Absolutely fantastic stay, staff were excellent - very accommodating and really went the extra mile to make our stay as special as possible. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable/clean. Excellent hotel bar and outdoor dining space on the square - perfect for people watching. Breakfast one of the best we've had! Stayed previous night at the Four Seasons and have to say that - pool and tranquil setting aside - The Savoy surpassed in every other quantifiable way! Location is brilliant too...
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or extra amenities. The beds were on the firm side, which might not suit everyone, but when I mentioned it, they provided extra padding, which made a big difference.

We rented this place at the last minute because the VRBO we booked several months prior ghosted us and never sent check in instructions. Mateo dropped everything to get us checked in and gave us a tour of the beautiful, historic palace. It’s a magnificent boutique hotel with only 12 rooms and they make you feel like you’re the only guest. They seemed upset when we weren’t able to come for breakfast since we had early trains...
