"Super comfortable and great location to places in gangnam and subway stations. Host had great communication and was respectful! I would stay here again if traveling to gangnam/seoul area. The room is used but super clean and did not have anything to complain about at all! "

"The hotel simply ignored all the questions I asked thru Expedia. Found a sausage snack package under the bed. It could have been a nice hotel 10+ years ago but now it’s falling apart. Location is good but all the rest is below my expectation at the price. I’d avoid the place until a major renovation. "

"Room is very spacious but a bit dated, especially the bathroom which needs an upgrade. The windows aren't that well sound proof as we could hear the traffic even thought we were on the 10th floor. Staff are friendly and curteous. Buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. There was renovations taking place which we were made aware of after we've booked it, but that didn't bother us as we were out during the day. However, the lack of available lifts due to the renovations made us...

"The main reason I booked this place was to have my own washer/dryer. Come to find out there is no dryer. FALSE ADVERTISING. After discovering this, I asked to check-out a few days early while giving the hotel three days notice. They refused to allow any cancellation. In the end, it was bad enough that I went to another hotel anyway on my own dime. A couple things that were brow-raising about this place: check-in was done with the customer trying to squeeze in between other guests’ stacked...
