"The communication with the property management was no existent. We sent messages that were never replied to. Check in and out was terrible. If it wasn’t for some kind people helping us out we would have never got in the room. The self check in kiosk didn’t work and the only provided a local phone number to call in case of need. "Its a very big property with a small theme park, water park, many food options, 2 small convenience stores. Apartments are large,new, modern design, well furnished, perfect for family with children, well designed. Kitchen has basic utensils and cooking pots and pans.No laundry detergent or dish scrub. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Very close to the airport, however is far from seoul although the subway station is just down the street which was very convenient."
