"It has been a terrible experience with the personal specially Tobi who is supposed to be helpful in the reception or not, I never new since he seams to be be so bother by being asked for help while I was trying to check in, I was about to just look for another place to stay where someone can actually help with the registration process. They have a machine to do self check in, however I didn’t have internet connection at that time so he was on his phone and avoiding me at all so I never thought...

"出張で利用しました。お手頃価格で良かったです。ただし、チェックイン当日に送られてくるはずの部屋番号などのメールが届かなくて、そのやり取りを必要としたところはマイナスでした。最終的な問い合わせには迅速に対応いただきましたが、その連絡先に辿り着くのに少しかかりました。また、施設の入り口が少しわかりにくいので、地下鉄駅からの動画があると良いです。飲食店などは限られていますが、地下鉄駅の反対側に行くともう少しあります。"
