"The kitchen is marvelous!
The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable.

"I would highly recommend the Bay View Apartment when considering places to stay in Iceland. My friends and I stayed in the villa and couldn’t be happier. From the excellent communication (sending a welcome message, checking in and asking if there was anything we needed, and bidding us a farewell), to the beautiful interior and spacious floor plan…the villa had it all. The beds were comfortable, the rain shower relaxing, and it has a washer and dryer! The only criticism we had is that we wished...

"We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very peaceful and quiet. There was loud bikes going by but mostly before 10 pm. Parking was easy. The guy here is wonderful and the cheerfulest and helpfulest guy ever. He made us feel very welcome. Conveniently 20 mins from KEF int. Airport and he was accomadating for our early morning flight in. We were able to check in at 10:30. 10/10 would recommend to a friend."
