"Look no further, it is THE place you want. Whole building was recently renovated, rooms are in perfect order. Duyen and her family will take care of you as if you were related but in all seriousness, they really care which makes the place special as opposed to other places. There is a restaurant called Thao Beo Restaurant Bar within the premises operated by them, great food and good price, I also highly recommend it. I truly cannot recommend this place enough."

"I had a lovely time at Lavender home stay. The location is perfect, close to the lake but a little tucked away from the main strip meaning you have some privacy. The room was spacious and tidy with a big bathroom, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it seemed very clean and other guests were enjoying it. Nam, the owner, was amazing, so kind and friendly, gave great recommendations and was helpful."

"Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, perfekt sted for å utforske Ninh-Binh. Alt er en liten gåtur eller sykkeltur unna med lånesykler (gode restauranter, Mua Cave, An Trang båttur). Vi endte opp med å bli en dag ekstra og tok en dagstur til Cuc Phuong nasjonalpark. Familiedrevet homestay med super verdi for pengene, flotte rom, nydelig frokost og bassenget på taket var luksus etter turer på dagen. Innehaveren Dzung og familien var helt fantastiske, vi kan anbefale på det sterkeste. "

"Would 1000% recommend staying here! This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They provided recommendations to go to bicycling in the bird park and it was really easy to rent a scooter too! They definitely showcased the best of Ninh Binh"

"It is a beautiful NEW resort with VERY friendly staff in a great location in beautiful Nihn Binh. Because it is fairly new there are some things that with time will get improved. We had 4 rooms and for some reason one room wasn't cleaned - we asked that they at least take out the bin with dirty toilet paper while we went out to dinner but it wasn't done. When coming back from dinner the lights to our area wasn't turned on and I stubbed my toe on the step. Would love if the restaurant would serve...

"The hotel was very modern, but located away from the busy commercial area of Ninh Binh. Thus it was very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering help with transport and bookings for the many attractions and activities surrounding Ninh Binh."

"We had a great time while staying at Nan house. The property is very nice and quite. Away from the super busy street of the town but not far. The room was spacious with everything that you need. The bed is comfortable. Once you step out of the door, inside the property ,everything is very nicely done with a lot of plants and a hammock for the room. Breakfast is nice and you have choices. "Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh"

"The bed was fantastic. They served afternoon tea. The breakfast was great. The family made you feel at home. Bikes were free to use. Very much recommend the place. "

"Loved this retreat, we woke first morning to water buffalo outside the balcony, and saw fireflies the second night. We used the free bikes to cycle around the rice fields and get to local attractions easily. Breakfast was local and ok. Staff were great, bring a torch for wandering the area at night as some parts are not lit."
