"Placed a couple of roads back from Princes Street, this hotel was in a great position to walk to most tourist sights. The check in was quick and they held suitcases until the room was ready. The apartment was bigger than expected and really clean and modern, with everything provided for a short stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer! "Great location and very spacious. Close to station for those arriving by train. Very useful having a washing machine during our stay. Only small area for improvement would be the heating in the bedroom as the radiators never really warmed up so maybe in the colder months would be an issue. Overall, an excellent place to stay with great amenities."

"This is an old-fashioned but charming place to stay. It is well located for a quick walk to the sights, and close to bus stops. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a comfortable bar. Our room was spotless and spacious (room 8), with a great view to the Firth of Forth. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of excellent quality. We definitely recommend this accommodation."

"The place was very nice and a short walk from Waverley station. Friendly staff with a nice bar/restaurant and a very chic steakhouse. Has a nice kitchenette with a washer/dryer combo. Highly recommended. "

"Stay here. Best location. Down a quiet lane but minutes from top restaurants and pubs. The communication with the company couldn’t be better / faster. So much space, two parents, two teens… no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay again in the future. "
