"Great location and staff was very helpful. The only thing I’ll mention is our room was right by the stairs and it was very noisy early morning and late evening. Not a big deal for us as we were early risers. But if you want to sleep in occasionally, you might want to make them aware."

"Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable."

"The apartment was extremely clean. They came in and took care of the apartment cleanliness halfway through our stay so it was not intrusive and very welcomed to see. The support staff we're very friendly and easy to work with. The only downside is that the apartment did not have a lift, but that is quite all right.
