"The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The view at sunset is as memorable and spectacular as the beautiful roses garden surrounding the hotel. "The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk. The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful. Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation."

"Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). "

"Perfect place to stay while visiting Orvieto. Beautiful historic building in the heart of the historic center. Walkable to all area sites, shopping, and restaurants. Our host Jasmin went above and beyond to offer us a ride from the train station and arranged a taxi for us on the morning of our departure. "
