"Patrizia was a wonderful hostess with very clear instructions about our meet up and the apartment. She was very patient despite the language barrier and used Google Translate to make sure we understood her answers to our many questions. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for kitchen use, which we didn’t take advantage of since we only stayed one night. The bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for our first night sleep in Italy. We had a wonderful stay!"

"It was a safe neighborhood. Locals were friendly and helpful.The unit was cozy, the decor looked old and authentic. It was clean and had what you needed for a short stay, The parking lot was just a short walk to the house.The castle was stunning with a view that one can only imagine in a storybook.The walk from the parking lot to the castle was longer than I thought. "What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village.
Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"A great place to stay while visiting Orvieto - located right in the town's main square at Piazza del Popolo, close to the Duomo, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the bus that connects to the funicular.
