"We loved this hotel, it was clean, it was large, staff was the most helpful and kind, and it was so comfortable. We were finally able to get some really good sleep on our trip. The only issue there is no nearby transportation. Florence has a bus shuttle that has stops closer to other hotels that we found about later from a member in our tour group to Cinque Terre. Also they are doing construction work in the road in the area, so the taxis have to go around, making it more expensive. Beautiful...

"Lovely apartment steps away from Milan Duomo, shopping, restaurants, and subway stations. Communication with apartment management was spectacular! We enjoyed the large size and open space afforded by apartment, cleanliness, quality of beds, provided linens & bath towels. Complimentary tea and espresso was a nice bonus. Highly recommend! "

"Hotel was very clean and staff was great. My only complaint is the air conditioning. We had rooms on the 1st-3rd floors. Room on the first floor had goid air conditioning unit and room was cool. The AC on the second and third floor didn’t seem to work. Rooms were exceptionally hot. "

"We decided to stay slightly out as wanted a pool in the hot days. Lovely apartment very clean and great for families as very spacious. Pool was great after site seeing, staff super helpful and large fridge for drinks too at reception and in room. Also added bonus fantastic restaurant next door to hotel which had great local food and very reasonable prices, ate two out of three nights. Overall worked really well getting into town on bus or metro super easy. "

"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

"Jag och min son bodde här i somras och hade en helt fantastisk vistelse. Allt i från service till miljö och komfort var över förväntan. Det var otroligt vackert här! Vi kände oss välkomna från första stund och njöt verkligen av varje dag. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe till andra - vi längtar redan tillbaka och hoppas kunna återvända nästa sommar. "
