"Initially stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed but due to air conditioning not working they couldn't fix (staff were great and tried fixing as soon as we emailed), so we ended up moving to a different apartment which was much better. The first had an odd layout in that the only bathroom was inside the main bedroom, so anyone staying on the sofa bed would need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which isn't ideal when you get up frequently in the night! "The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional.

"The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues:
1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity...

"The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router.
We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

"The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice.
The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night.
The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds.
But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...
