"The property is in a very nice community. We were there in the off season so most of was closed. The condo was comfortable, safe, and clean. The only point that was undesirable was that the bed was very uncomfortable."

"A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly."

El único tema es que el servicio de limpieza al cuarto te lo cobran, cuando en al menos el 99% de los hoteles en los que me he quedado lo incluyen, para eso mejor consigo un Airbnb un poco mejor y al mismo precio. El otro detalle es que articulos de limpieza como papel sanitario, shampoo y/o gel de ducha es muy limitado y cuando te das cuenta de que ya no hay tienes que ir a una tienda por que las oficinas despues de cierto horario ya no...

"We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one."

"This beautiful, spacious, classical Italian style property was the perfect landing spot for our first week in Bologna. On the third floor, ovelooking cafes, wine bars and a vital social scene in the center of University life, we still enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the quiet back bedroom. Then down the elevator and out the front door, we could make our first stop at the cafe just across the street, then head out on foot in any direction to explore this interesting and beautiful city."

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "
