Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room. 5. Insufficient utensils. The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not recommend this unit to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at t wonderful accommodation at Genting, and I cannot help but share the delightful experience we had as a family. The unit was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights for us was the ample space the unit offered. It allowed our kids to roam and play freely, making their stay as enjoyable as ours. The unit's size was particularly appreciated, ensuring that we never felt cramped or confined during our time there. The proximity to both the theme park and shopping center, just a short 10-minute drive away, was incredibly convenient. This made our daily excursions hassle-free, allowing us to make the most of our time exploring the nearby attractions. It's a great location for families looking to strike a balance between adventure and relaxation. A standout feature of our stay was the dedicated private car park provided. This thoughtful addition not only added to our convenience but also ensured the safety of our vehicle, giving us peace of mind throughout our visit. Undoubtedly, the pièce de résistance was the breathtaking view from the unit. Waking up to such a panoramic and serene scene was a treat for the senses. It truly added an extra layer of magic to our stay, making the accommodation stand out as a gem in Genting. For families seeking a quieter retreat in Genting, this accommodation is highly recommended.

Although they Moved us to a different room, The original room was terrifying. Because the floor tiles in the secondary bedroom started cracking and popping and sounded like somebody is breaking into the apartment. The room that we got moved into afterwards. The new room was not any better The room was filthy had to beg for them to clean the room in the first place, there was no hot water. We can never take a proper Good hot shower. The water was always cold or the water would be hot for less than 2 minutes and then turn to be cold. And we asked them multiple times to come over to fix this situation, but nothing was ever done. The windows were still feed with grime and dirt covered on the outside and on the inside. Whenever we took a shower, water would get everywhere all over the bathroom. No matter if we closed the door not, the door seemed to be there just for decoration. The tv was also in a horrible condition, It would oftentimes glitch out and stop playing or pause for an extended period of time, and there was a giant line throughout the tv. Although the staff members were trying to be accommodating to us. We did not have a pleasant experience For the duration of our time there and I do not recommend anybody to book this, Unless if you want to be brought up with disappointment and disgust.
