Apartoteles en Genting Highlands

"Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)"

"Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!"

"No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes"

"Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless"

"The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible."

"Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE "

"我每次去云顶都是订他们的酒店，我很满意他们的服务"

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

"The property is old and in not good condition. THe good thing is that the property is close to good transportation means."

"The location is excellent and had a comfortable stay. There was a minor issue with biting and communicated this and resolved quickly with the agent. The unit pricing was a bit more expensive compared to other La but I booked it last linutr and had no other choice. The agent was good handling any issues raised."
