"Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders. Every cabin/ yurt has a hot tub /jacuzzi on...

"definitely a great place to go to get away if planning on just relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, maybe not a great fit for a golf trip stay because of the drive time but we did enjoy the down time at the cabin. would definitely go back but without the golf. "We got a group of friends together for a weekend away and this property could not have been more perfect. My only advice to anyone staying; the water is hard. Pack plenty of water bottles if you’re not used to that kind of thing!"

"We stayed 4 days at the cabin. It was a perfect location for us to visit family, attend the reunion at Yatesville lake and a place for alone time to recharge. "

"Hosts treated us like family! Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beds were great, had all the essentials, and was right on the river. Covered porch and side porch were great to relax on when the rains came thru. Overall great stay here, and would absolutely book again! Elisha is one of the best hosts I've ever interacted with! She helped us out with a number of things that came up on our end and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! "

"We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Very clean in all areas. Great shower, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the welcome basket to a “just in case you forgot something” basket. Hated the weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy the decks and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. "

"Relatively clean except for the floors. Can see improvements that they’ve been making. The TV in the main room does not work even though we changed the batteries in the remote never got a response from the property manager. The AC that is advertised is only a small bedroom unit in the whole apartment "

"Great stay. We were in town for Rock the Country. The place was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed while there. The area was quiet and the beds were comfy. There was no cell service (T-Mobile) but we had great WiFi.The owner was easy to work with, let us check in early once it had been cleaned, quick to respond to messages. We were sent all of our check in info the night before. We will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the area! "

"This place was great. The interior has everything that you would want. The design was thoughtful and the rooms were comfortable. I didn't cook during my time, but the kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge sparkling clean. All the electronics worked, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the air conditioning worked great. "Quick trip to visit family and the home was spacious and met our needs. Location worked great for us!"

"The cabin and property were excellent. We enjoyed the porch and set up croquet on the yard. Beds were great. Five grandchildren stayed in the upstairs bedroom with plenty of room. Having their own private deck tickled them. The Twister game at the cabin was a huge hit. "

"I met a friend from college and we spent a few days in Huntington. This location was perfect. We both loved that it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very cute and many amenities provided. Probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. I highly recommend and would stay here again if I’m ever in the area. "
