"Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty...

"The property was great for all our family. Great location. Impressed with all the cooking amenities. Great view and big yard. Would have liked the yard mowed! Makes it easier for kids to play in or sit in. We had an amazing time!"

"So close to town and the variety of food places great. Kids loved Finland, bumper cars and golf. Plenty of ice cream places. Neighborhood quiet and the beds comfortable. Could sit on the deck and enjoy the wildlife around us."

"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pelican in Arch Cape. Being able to sit out in the hot tub on the deck and enjoying the view was a highlight. The location was perfect and walking out on the beach was a daily activity. In particular, our walk to Hug Point was very special.The house was perfect for our multi-generational family offering plenty of available space. Highly recommend!"

"The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...

"We loved the home and it had everything our large family needed. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms as well. The home was situated perfectly from the beach and to have the ADA walkway right out the door was perfect for strollers and the wagons to make it 3/4 of the way to where we camped out during the day."

"2nd time staring at this place. First time I stayed was back in October and I shared that the place wasn’t as clean. They listened and the place was clean. Minutes from the beach and downtown for the price makes it well worth the stay. Will book again! "

"We loved the beach was not crowded. Our children would like to stay here next year."

"Washer dryer on site would be helpful. Couldn’t check in till after 4:00 pm. House cleaning visited twice and a phone call from manager between 11:00-11:15 to remind us if we understood 11:00 checkout time. Door code to get in upon arrival didn’t work, had to go to front desk to figure out. No one answered the phone. Pool was busted but they gave voucher to local community center pool down the road. "
