Unit V492 is a 2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 3rd floor of Pacific View.

You'll enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean. King bed in the main and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. Sofa sleeper in the living room.  Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD player. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay.

Just moments to the beach. Golf course, Tennis Court and pickle ball court nearby.

No Pets are allowed

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There is NO access to a hot tub.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Condo on Coast

Needed a last minute place for a beach weekend and this condo fit the bill, wish it had some dvds for the dvd player or games/toys for kids as we had our kiddos with us but its a gold course condo so more geared to an older set. View of ocean was great!

Wanted to journey back through the memories of when Grandma and Granddad had an apartment at Gearhart by the sea in the 90’s. But we actually enjoyed connecting in this quiet location apart from the reminisce goal.

Great place

It was our mini get away , for me and my husband. We had a great time together, but this condo is very old, carpet and furniture so stinky. the railing on the balcony was shaky, it was scary to go out there. This building has not been renovated for a very long time. So we decided not to go in this condo again. Check in progress and check out was so easy, thanks for that!

Absolutely wonderful!

We enjoyed everything about it....location, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, spacious...It was a great value for price -- we would stay there again and again. Highly recommend it.

Nice place, reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The terrace was wonderful, with a beautiful ocean view. We even saw a small heard of about a dozen elk on the beach!

Excellent facility

Condo was very nice. Loved the view from the deck. Everything was clean and adequate. If I had to make one suggestion, I would suggest it's time for a new King mattress. While it wasn't necessarily uncomfortable, it just is dipping significantly on the side closest to the bathroom.

Old and outdated

We were shocked at how run down this unit was! The master bedroom mattress was sunken on each side and should have been replaced probably many years ago. The furniture in the living room was old, uncomfortable and so worn the corners on the sofa were torn! The master bathroom had mold all around the tiny corner shower and the toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet that is was very hard to reach. The towel bar was above it, making it difficult to get to the toilet paper as well. The dining table and chairs were terribly uncomfortable and so heavy that once you sat down it was hard to slide the chair forward to get close to the table. No padding, so we had to use the sofa pillows to try to get comfortable. The stove had old aluminum foil on the drip pans and was dirty and gross. The fridge was clean and had lots of space and the ice cube trays were clean and full. There was also a brand new Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, so that at least was great. The view was stellar, but the deck has old, rusty metal that is dangerous. The flaking paint and exposed rusted metal is a tetanus hazard for sure. We couldn't touch it to move it out of the way for fear of getting paint or rust slivers. The deck sliding door had no screen door, so leaving it open for fresh air was tough as bugs came in. No screen on the master bedroom window either. The unit was stuffy and with no screens so when we opened windows and the slider to the deck to get a draft going to air it out, we got flies. Had to go to Dollar General to get a fan so we could sleep because no screen on the window right where people walk by made it impossible to leave it open all night. This was so unpleasant and uncomfortable that we left three days early.

Beach fun

The condo was nice and comfortable for our group of 6. The host was quick to respond to questions by email or phone. The best was we had easy quick access to the beach, we could tell from our balcony if it was low tide or high tide. The view of the ocean was beautiful from the balcony and sitting inside looking out. Close to places of history and landmark attractions that we visited.

Clean...BUT...

The view is wonderful...but the property needs UPDATING! No garbage disposer, old appliances...really couldn't cook. Carpet should be hardwood like the kitchen...old non working shades were stored in the master closet...the unit smelled bad when we arrived...should be aired before arrival. The balcony chairs were covered in rust...the plastic ones were dirty with no cloth available for cleaning. However, the restaurant across the street was great and the hiking at Cannon Beach was wonderful!

Wonderful view

Awesome View, could sit there all day and stare out. Older condo, well equipped, games, puzzles, etc. Clean and in a great location that is quiet compared to Seaside. Across the street from the Golf Course and a Restaurant. Would stay again......
