"The apartment was nice and in a great location. I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. Other than the car parking we had a nice stay and...

"The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare.
It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided.
Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful."
