"Staff was attentive. The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet. "

"I had a lovely stay. Staff very helpful. Especially Amaris. My only complaint is a $75 pet fee. I have a cat. It seems especially high unless there was some damage issue, which there was not. She’s 12 years old so just sleeps 20 hours a day. Doesn’t climb or scratch. "

"The property was beautiful although they could have had better grounds keeping. They were in transition of changing things and the restaurant was not open. I would definitely go back to see when everything is finished and experience everything fully done. They were very kind and upgraded us because they were changing everything."

"This is probably the nicest hotel in this area of Hendersonville. It was amazingly quiet - and even though our room backed up to the elevator we never heard it. The rooms are huge and the kitchenette with larger fridge and freezer was exactly what we needed. This was probably one of the nicer stays we have had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff was awesome too. "
