Floors in unit were sticky. Dinner reservations at the resort restaurant were not honored due to minimal staff availability. "Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. "

"This was a great minimalist room that was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the heated bathroom floors were a very nice touch.
