"This is a gem of a place to stay. Spacious apartment, very convenient to all things central in Florence. Staff very friendly. The breakfast included was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here. "

"It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located."

"Very nice apartment with no elevator as expected but it is only on the 2nd floor so not bad. Very close to main piazzas and attractions. Travelled with my wife and 3 teenage kids. They enjoyed our time in Florence very much and the proximity of the apartment did factor in as we could stop for 1 hour breaks and then just walk back. Excellent and very courteous staff. They have a washing machine which was great, no dryer but they provided a rack with which we were able to air dry the clothes...

"Travelled to Florence with our family of 5. The room was more than accommodating however we booked this particular hotel as it listed there was a bar lounge but there was not. They offered us a happy hour however when we arrived we were turned away because it was closed for a private event. Location was great. "

"This was the most beautiful hotel in our entire trip. Located in a wonderful historic building so close to the Duomo. Everything about this place was amazing especially for the price! Especially the decor, breakfast and the unbelievable rooftop terraces. We will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends. "

"Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up. "This hotel was unlike any other! It felt like youre staying at a friend or family members house, not a hotel! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Their delicious breakfast normally starts at 8 AM, but we had an excursion planned and needed to head out by 7:15. They got started with breakfast early and made sure that we had some coffee and pastries before we needed to leave!! "We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

"This ideally located rental is a great, clean apartment. The two bedrooms were roomy and we never felt cramped. That is saying a lot with four girls traveling together, one a teenager. It was ideal. My daughter slept in a room with her two daughters but on her own bed and the grandmother got her own room. Bedside tables and lights were thoughtfully placed. It could use more seating in main area. This seems to be a reoccurring theme everywhere we stay, enough beds but no place for everyone to sit...
