"The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room."

"We only stayed one night at Capri by Fraser, but it was a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is a little dated in places, but that’s reflected in the reasonable pricing, especially considering its excellent CBD location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. "The place is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom could be a little more brighter in fact the whole place is a little dim lighting. The downside of the apartment hotel system is the size of this place 74 floors! And over half are long term apartment hence you have half the people on holiday and the other half are residence type. The elevators can take some time given the number of people that stay there."

"Excellent location and across the road from Central Station. Perfectly good room. Only access to the lobby is up approx 8 steps which is difficult with a heavy suitcase. There is a small platform stairlift for wheelchair access but certainly not a very accessible place as you require to ask reception to use the stair lift. It is a heritage building hence steps up from street. All level once you are inside. I would stay here again but not if I was requiring a wheelchair or struggled with...
