"My family of 4 (two kids) had a lovely stay at this property! The accommodation is beautiful and the staff is very warm and helpful. They arranged a day trip for us to Meknes and Volubilis, and amended our breakfast based on what our kids preferred. Highly recommend the stay. Be prepared for a walk to the riad that involves a number of small alleys that might seem creepy at first but you get used to it quickly."

"Very nice traditional Moroccan building, staff and owner very helpful and easily available. Tasty breakfast. Arrangement of taxi to the hotel and train station (do use their service), good advice on where to eat. They arranged a guided tour for us by an extremely knowledgeable and tireless guide. I would stay again if I return to Fes."

"Das Riad ist wunderschön und bietet eine angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre. Bei jedem meiner Anliegen wurde mir sofort geholfen, Onkel Hassan hat immer sein Bestes gegeben um meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Riad sehr empfehlenswert, alleine schon der lieben Mitarbeitenden wegen! "

"Riad Semlalia is a true oasis in the middle of the bustling Fes medina, with stunning rooms and inner courtyard, beautiful rooftop terrace with a pool, and the best breakfast we had in Morroco. Abdul was also a fantastic host, always available to help and upgraded us at no cost. The location is a bit far from the centre of the medina and most restaurants but definitely within walking distance and easily accessible by car (though we didn't always feel comfortable with the men lingering around the...

"We had a great time in the riad. Our room was large and clean, and it was cleaned well every afternoon. The staff was very nice. We interacted most with Haddou, and he was very nice and helpful. He helped answer all our questions about the area and helped foster a welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend this riad!"

"A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city. Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "
