"we love the location of this managed apt. building. very quiet and local. this apt had the river view which is spectacular! the apt. is well equipped as well as its kitchen. the staff is a group of young, polite, so nice and kind people. we had a wonderful time and definitely come back next visit to Tokyo."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The all in one laundry machine was a nice bonus and meant we could back a lot lighter. The hotel is steps away from the subway so we could get downtown easily. There are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby as well."

"This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay...

"This is a great option for families since you get a bit more space than a standard hotel room and there is a kitchen, washer/dryer and tub. They also provided a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep in. Instructions for all appliances were available in English which was super helpful. There were many 24 hr convenience stores within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Note that during your stay, there is no housekeeping, and you have the option of trading in your towels every 3 days."

We had difficulty filling in the online checkin at reception on our cellphones and the staff kept persisting that we had to complete it rather than just checking us in which would have been much quicker. Seems ridiculous that you need to fill in all the same details that are completed when you book the room on expedia. We stayed in numerous hotels during our trip to Japan and we found the cell phone check in ridiculous and so time consuming considering."

"This was a great hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious. the staff was very attentive. Having a washer and dryer in the room was fantastic. The large refrigerator helped as well as the kitchenette with utensils. The bathroom was large and very clean. It had a double sink which is very helpful in the morning when we are trying to get ready and out the door. Would definitely stay here again. And did i mention how great the staff was."

"When we entered the hotel the lobby was a lot smaller than the pictures shown but it was very clean and staff were quick to help. It was a little confusing at first how the hotel had two separate sets of elevators just to enter the lobby and another for rooms but it worked out ok. Upon entering the room it didn’t live up to expectations from the pictures shown. The room itself wasn’t too different from the picture but it definitely wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. "My favorite hotel in Tokyo. Koko Hotel is located next to a beautiful park, the rooms are modern and very well appointed and organized. The front desk team is so helpful and warm, and the entire property is immaculate and in excellent condition. The hotel also has laundry facilities. Overall, a top-notch experience. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly."
