"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat so gut es geht versucht zu helfen bei Problemen beim kochen kommt man aber leider an deine Grenzen mit einem Messer einer Pfanne und einem Topf also für Dosen müsste man selber was mitbringen es war sehr geräumig und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer das wir hatten war wunderbar alles in allem ein Besuch der gut war"

"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, beautiful hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very smartly designed. I had a fantastic time and would stay there again. The neighborhood is on the calmer side, which is great. Easy access to Ginza and Kinschico (which is less touristic, I recommend getting lost in this area) A lot of great places at a walking distance, easy access to narita airport using the bus and the 24h supermarket right downstairs is great for late night needs. Highly recommend."

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We had heard that many Tokyo hotels were on the small side. Not so with this hotel. It was spacious, modern, and loaded with amenities. We loved the shower, the abundance of towels, and the toiletries that were supplied. The loft bed and lounging area was an unexpected surprise. Plus, it was so reasonably priced. If/when we return to Tokyo, we would most certainly stay here again. If your travels are taking you to Tokyo, consider Sakura Cross Kayabacho....

"These apartments are located in a wonderful location full of bats and restaurants and next to a shrine which has a flea market every month which we luckily got to visit. It's not very touristy mostly locals and really full of character. I would definitely stay here again. I had a family room which was large and had a washing machine and a small balcony. Beds were low and pretty hard but not the hardest I've had in Japan. The staff were wonderful and helped us with changes to our other hotel...

"The check-in process was a bit of a hassle but once we received the door code it was a pleasant stay. Only 3 rooms in the building, the AC can be both cooling or warming (and works very well), there is a small kitchen if needed. Only issue is communicating with the host, I asked if we could drop off our luggage the night before, and I only received the answer way after we arrived in Tokyo. On the following night, a japanese lady arrived to her room on the 2nd floor, did not have the code and...

"The kitchen seemed fine; although I didn’t use it. There was a bug running around when I first got there. The shower door jam was dirty"

"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"I really liked having washer and dryer right in the room. The room was a little small for a family of 4 with teenagers but we made it work. Property fairly new and very clean. Location was a bit in the middle of nowhere. But, if you like the suburban feel, this is the best location. Most restaurants around it closed at 8pm which was a bit too early after a full day of exploring."
